Merriam-Webster defines the word anxiety as fear or nervousness about what might happen and defines debt as an amount of money that you owe to a person, bank, company, etc. Keeping the aforementioned definitions in mind debt anxiety can be defined as having a fear or being nervous about owing someone money. Given enough time sticking to your plan be sure that you will have a reduction in stress along with your decrease in debt.
In life, everyone from the poor to the rich have issues and problems that they are forced to deal with. No one is ever fully prepared to deal with these difficulties, but if they chose to ignore them they would not go away they would simply just get worse.
